About Enrichment Desk

Company and people data for agents that sell, recruit and research: what it costs per record, how fresh it is, and how to judge it.

What you can read here

Enrichment Desk is for sales and revenue operations teams, recruiters and go-to-market engineers who hand prospecting and research to an agent. Every piece answers one question: who is this company or person, and how do I reach them?

We are skeptical of vendor claims and interested in three numbers: match rate, freshness and cost per enriched record. We say what a vendor documents and what it leaves out. Examples use companies, a vendor's own sample data or mailboxes we own. We never look up a real person for an article. Lawful use of personal data is the buyer's responsibility, and nothing here is legal advice.

Who is behind it

Enrichment Desk is published by ZeroClick, which builds the software businesses use to sell to AI agents and earns a share of what agents pay those businesses through it. Some of the companies covered here are ZeroClick customers, so we have a stake in part of what we write about. You should know that before you read anything else.

When a piece mentions ZeroClick, its products or one of its customers, it says so where the mention appears. A guide written to get you using a customer's service says, under its headline and again near its links, that ZeroClick earns a share when you pay that customer through them, and those links are marked as sponsored. We do not claim to be independent, and we do not order products by who pays us.

ZeroClick is a trade name of The People's Internet Experiment Inc.

How the articles are made

Articles are written by AI under the desk's byline, from named public sources, and a person at ZeroClick reviews each one before it is published. We don't invent authors, and we don't claim reporting, interviews or credentials we don't have.

When a piece says we ran something, the call was made and logged, and the piece says when. Where it does not say so, we read the documentation and did not test. Every number links to where it came from.

When we get something wrong

We correct the article where the mistake is and note the change there, with its date. Every piece shows when it was first published and when it was last updated.
